Passenger air window regulator on 94' 379 is shot. Peterbilt is pretty proud of them. Are aftermarket ones available? Even if I have to switch to electric there has to be some option other than OEM.

PeteDmpDrvr, I'm having the same issue on my '84 359, Peterbilt wants $300 for a replacement, have you found them cheaper or a rebuild kit?

2002 Pete 379 here.
Passenger side window keeps falling about 2 inches.
I removed the whole regulator unit. Completely took it apart. Comes apart from the top. 4 screws and top pice comes out.
Then removed the slide. Cleaned whole thing including the inside of the cylinder, which is rectangular by the way.
Sprayed some lubricant on the rubber seals and put whole thing back together.
Window works again without falling down, so far. Driven 450 miles and the window still up.
Give that a try first. Not that hard to do.Cottonmouth85 Thanks this. -
