i have an airglide 100 that I am in the middle of replacing the bushings. How have you guys removed and installed the bushings on the sway bar? Is there a special tool or do remove the whole bar and use a press? My press broke a while back and I’m trying to get around that. I tried a porta power but they didn’t budge and I didn’t want to spread the sway bar too much. I seen a tool that works off a porta power to remove them, I might be able to make something like that but I’m not sure I want to put in the effort.

I pull out the sway bar and press them in.

I understand that, I was hoping for a trick while they are still in the truck. And I need a new motor for my press so I was hoping to avoid that.

Tiger tool makes a tool kit to do just that, but you are talking $3,000. Can't pull them and take to local shop? While not super tight, they usually take at least 15-20 ton to pop loose.

I took them completely out and used my wood splitter. It was awkward it it worked.
