No, but communist Canada which you drive through won't let you enter..... kinda takes Alaska off the table then. Unless you have an amphibious truck

Hopefully there'll be a change of government soon enough and that covid shot BS will disappear. Sounds like Mr. Poilivere is winning a ton of popularity with the under 30 crowd.

Walmart started the Alaska runs around 2008 with 3 Owner-Operator specs straight hood Internationals. The trucks looked really sweet when they were new, with lots of chrome, but were beat to hell within a year. Then they started using some of the old company team tractors, but those really fell apart fast, forcing Bentonville to order up those special-built Kenworths. At first, Walmart had no trouble filling seats, but after the first month, several drivers couldn't bail out fast enough! The major complaints were the drivers had a very hard time sleeping, the weather, and having to deal with Customs 4 times per trip. The whole purpose was to get perishable groceries up to Alaska fast, as the general store freight came up to Anchorage on a barge. Everyone I knew really didn't like it, because management tried to push them too much. I'm guessing they're hoping some new hires will take up the challenge.
