Nope. There's very little a company manager can do without irrefutable grounds for dismissal. Unless it's on video. But then if you have video of illegal driving behaviour you might as well go to the cops. You are better off going to the cops anyway. A list of police complaints about a driver is more likely to result in action than a complaint to a company manager. Police reports about a driver may (not surprisingly) reveal a long list of driving infractions already registered against the driver. If the driver has done something outrageous enough he can be forcibly removed from his weapon... er, I mean company truck and arrested on the spot (as has happened in Alberta, on more than one occasion). There was at least one truck driver in northern Alberta this year who required a total emergency response for his aggressive driving and damage to property. His company recalled him to British Columbia when it became apparent an Alberta police response the size of one necessary to control a small flock of rabid Al-Qaeda terrorists was needed to reign him in.
