Alberta New Guy

Hey there,

Just figured I would make a first post in here.

Im currently working as a swamper for an oilfield hauling company in Central AB. Have a bit of driving under my belt, but no Class 1 yet.
Right now, Im working on a picker truck.

Surprisingly enough, It hasnt been overly busy. Only managing 140hrs in a month. For an oilfield company, something is not right.

So on Saturday, I attended a Schlumberger career fair, and it went great. They are really interested at hiring me on, and Im just waiting for their offer of employment later this week. Thats part of the reason why I signed up, to find out more information about SLB.
