These incidents happen while you had a regular license correct.
-
Yes that is correct. Reason I have made a dispute with hire right. I called DMV and they state that it shouldn't show this way. Plus I've never had nor applied for hazmat tho it shows hazmat on the mvr

You can do better than Western Express. They may not remember how to pay you for the first three weeks. Go see Schneider would be my first suggestion.
@Chinatown will need to know what town and state you live in.
Technically you dont need to tell the recruiter what you have done with your license when driving a non CDL vehicle. Only tell them if they ask. Yet make sure to specify "Are you asking about infractions with a commercial vehicle or personal vehicle"Texas_hwy_287 and mikewu9900 Thank this. -
Ok. Thanks for your reply. I will update my first post with my current city and state.Texas_hwy_287 Thanks this.

My humble two cents is apply to all companies, if everything happened while you had a regular license just explain your situation.
Here some companies
Will trans.
Danny herman.
Averitt.
Cr england
Knight
Total transportation Mississippi

It does look like a second part was added to your reply or I didn't see it before. It does seem if they pull the mvr it will show even tho it's been just over 3 years from the conviction date. Which is why I waited til now to get the CDL with hopes that would increase my chances of employment.Texas_hwy_287 Thanks this.

As soon as you get with one these companies, stick it out for at least 1 year keep your nose clean. Once you year is up then you can move the better carriers.
mikewu9900 Thanks this. -
They will ask a blank question of what violations have you had. But in reality they only are allowed to know about what you have done commercially. So as far as that goes your commercial license is clean.

I will continue to apply to other companies. Thanks for the list. I didn't try to lie about the chemical test question, I just assumed if I wasn't convicted of it, it doesn't apply. Looks like Florida will report it either was because they do it administratively. So your guilty no matter what I guess. I won't say that I'm innocent of anything here. I took my responsibility and paid my fines, did my community service and also paid a lawyer to keep it from being a dui on my record. I've had people say a dui would've been better and others say the reckless was the better one to plea to. I know neither is good and now I'm a little stuck. New driver with a bad mvr is what they see. Just need a chance and I guess when this hits 5 years instead of 3 my options should open up much more.
