Yeah, I tend to edit my post after posting. If you do go with Western. You need to know. Western WILL send you places that you may have requested not to go to. Western is forced dispatch. If they want you to take a bad load, you cant tell them no.

Ok thanks for the heads up. I am trying not to. They want me to start yesterday. If it's my only shot, I may have to. But I thought I had some good leads this week only to be let down. Idk if it's the refusal or the way it shows yes CDL and yes hazmat on the mvr. I didn't have a CDL at the time of the incident. And they didn't get in to specifics on what the problem for them were exactly except my mvr is an issue. So idk.Texas_hwy_287 Thanks this.

What's killing you chances with most companies is the refusal shows as you having a CDL when it happened.
if it were me, I'd take the Western Express job, at least until you get the MVR changed to show you weren't in a CMV or had a CDL when the ticket was issued.RustyBolt, CaptainDaveG, mikewu9900 and 1 other person Thank this.
