Yeah, I tend to edit my post after posting. If you do go with Western. You need to know. Western WILL send you places that you may have requested not to go to. Western is forced dispatch. If they want you to take a bad load, you cant tell them no.

What's killing you chances with most companies is the refusal shows as you having a CDL when it happened.
if it were me, I'd take the Western Express job, at least until you get the MVR changed to show you weren't in a CMV or had a CDL when the ticket was issued.
