That's my thoughts. It's being disputed currently but the mvr does also show the date I received the CDL.

I recently had a guy with a problem somewhat like this one to ask me for advice. I won't get into most of what my replay was. However, I advised the driver to go buy a cheap burner cell phone and get a months service on it. Then go to all the trucking recruitment websites and give them that number (NEVER GIVE YOUR ACTUAL HOME OR CELL NUMBER OUT) trust me, carriers will start calling you. This guy had a job in about 2 weeks.

Funny you say that. I got a Google voice number that rings to my phone. That's the number on file for these jobs. I can place it on do not disturb and block numbers. As well as change the number at anytime. So it's a similar thing to your reply.

Op, your mvr shows your suspension was done when you had a cdl, you have to get this fixed before anything else. The insurance companies see this, and don’t give a crap what the excuse you claim.

Go back to the court that adjudicated the ticket and see if the court can fix it, otherwise good luck ...

His issue isn't with the courts. It's with Hire-Wrong screwing up his DAC. And we all know from past posts or bad experience that once something goes on DAC, it's generally a huge battle to get it fixed.

You are right about the courts, but you are not right about hireright/DAC. The problem is the carrier that put the information ON DAC that is at fault. Hireright/DAC is an information aggregator. If their data is wrong it is because the carrier put it there wrong. This can be fixed but I highly doubt the carrier or DAC will do it. It will get fixed by a carrier that ignores the data and hires the guy. This crap happens all the time.

Now with this said I admit I have had a hard time understanding the OPs story. If I am reading it right the OP has data on DAC showing the OP to have held a job as a CMV driver. One thing that may or may not apply to the OP. You do not have to hold a CDL to have data on DAC. This is because DAC holds the history of all drivers that drive a CMV, NOT ALL CMVs require a CDL. From the OPs comment, I see the word Hazmat, if the OP never held a CDL and has history showing such the OP should contact the carrier and see about getting that either fixed or removed. Then contact DAC and they should fix their records as well. This can be done because I have seen it done.

It is good you can do it. The thing is while chinatown can be of great help you still are much better off having the carriers contact you. I am 100% sure that a carrier somewhere will at least give you a chance to talk about the issue. At the end that is the best, you can hope for.

Hi. I actually never held a CDL position as of yet. The Dac report I was sent has no info so everything is a 0 but the mvr is reporting what I posted in the screenshot. I called the DMV and they claim the report on their end doesn't show anything saying CDL or hazmat on that issue. But the hire right mvr is. Hire right is doing a dispute on the info. Could take 30 days is what j was told. Thanks for your replies.

Here's what I was sent as my DAC. There isn't anything under the screenshot except my name is other stuff. No violations though

I still think if Western Express has offered him a job, he should take it. Not everyone has a bad experience working there. He can be gaining some experience in preparation for transitioning to a different company in the near future if he wants.
