    What they said.

Any potential employer that would read these few sentences would not read or listen to anything else you had to say.

You are just blowing off some serious incidents. If you total up the damages and downtime for everyone concerned, you probably cost PGT 5 to 7 grand in 3 months, not to mention the insurance costs if they kept you. Just the insurance liability alone will keep most employers from considering you.

Yeah that is a great example of bad grammar, I have no idea what you are trying to say.

Are you trying to say that I should have said "I" instead of "they"? I'm not really sure buddy.

Slow down a little Chop. Read what you just wrote here. Now, pretend you have a small trucking company with say, 5 trucks or so. Insurance is not cheap so, consider that, and consider the cost of those two wheels and a bumper..... think for a sec......

Now.... do you understand why they let you go? What would you do in their shoes? My guess, if it was YOUR money, you'd do the same thing. Just sayin....

I think he was saying this: "They had a lot rather let you know..."
Should have been: "They would much rather let you know..."

I could certainly pick your post apart further, but you get the point. :biggrin_25525:

Little things determine bigger things. Someone with many small incidents is one moment away from a Major Event. Insurance statistics prove that to be true.
