do these days are ##### and complain. Truckers use to be different. They use to look at things in a positive aspect and make the best of what they had. Truckers today cry, whine, and complain about practically everything. The company is never good enough, the equipment is always too old, to heavy, to slow, to weak, not the right "brand name". This is probably why truck drivers have a problem staying where they are and working their way up the ladder. If you had an office job you wouldn't jump right into the best of what the company has to offer like a corner office with a view. Truckers need to be more positive and plant roots into a company and stick with it. Work their way up the ladder of success and earn what they have coming to them. Granted, some companies will never treat you better for your dedication but after reading the "bad company" threads drivers make it sound like there ARE no good trucking companies out there. I heard someone say this morning that we are not "entitled" to anything coming out of the womb. Just because we were born doesn't mean we deserve the greatest and the best. No, you need to earn what you get whether it be a brand new large car or respect.

Just something that I have noticed, in the 5 months that you have been a member
of this forum you have made two post and both of them are about truckers complaining.

And ain't it funny how both of your post are COMPLAINING of truckers complaining!:biggrin_2559: I guess it's okay since you are the one doing the
    complaining heh?

If you don't like to read all the complaining stop reading, or try a different part of the
forum. You know there are other parts of the forum than "Report a bad trucking
    company".

Better yet why don't you be a productive member of the site and post positive
    things.

Sorry if this came out wrong it just irks me to see someone ###### about others
    biatching.

Now that's Funny! You start your thread by saying all truckers do is complain, by complaining! :biggrin_2559: It seems to me with your big 2 post total here, that you are the one that has nothing credible to say. Please hang around TTR longer than being a two post wonder, before you pass judgement on me or my fellow Truckers.

I don't think trucker's or trucking has changed at all. I submit that if you believe it has changed it is your view point that changed not the entire industry.

If you look for the negative you will find it, try looking for the positive you might surprise yourself in what you find.

It's like the other day I had a delivery in downtown Los Angeles, now I did not think the traffic was bad at all moving along very well in fact, had a good amount of distance ahead me that was clear, Our or driver was right in the butt of the car/truck ahead of him on and off the brakes poor following distance and find the whole experience very difficult to deal with.

So maybe, just maybe you really decide what kind of day your going to have. And maybe it's not an entire industry that changed, but you changed.

It isnt a trucker thing, it is the "Me, me, me, I, I, I" generation is coming of age. The little brats who have everything handed to them are now winding up in trucks, and just as anywhere else in life when they cant have thier way they run around ######## whining pissing and moaning about how terrible it is and how some one oughtto come hold thier hand, pat them on the behind and make it all better.

MrBeast, you are right on the money. You see this all over the place, not just trucking. I think it goes back to how one was brought up. I was a military brat and learned the power of discipline from the getgo.

You see the NEW ATTITUDES everyplace not just in trucking , basically its PAY ME TO DO NOTHING and while your at it let me START at the TOP with the BEST OF EVERYTHING .

And after a very short time will decide ITS NOT FOR ME but will blame you for the way I WAS TREATED.

Ya gotta love a thread bellyaching about folks bellyaching!:biggrin_2559:

The old saying is that if folks are not complaining, they are not happy. I think it is the truth!

And what's with the title "All Truckers"?

Since the OP don't seem to be one ...

Just seems like someone with such a "positive" mental outlook would just be too busy to post a rant about complaining truckers ...
