Did everyone get sidetracked or am I the only one who didnt understand the post?
I took it to mean when you have to jacknife the truck and trailer to get it docked and to keep the road clear or because of limited space.

All the alley docks I have seen were single doors at the worst possible spot amd I envied the Gents that were able to get the trailers in amd the jack knife perfect. In 9 years, I've only had to do it once......And it was horrible and I was darn near in tears lol!

I only had to jack knife 1 so far, the dock normally got box vans delivered, when I parked and went in he said ok dock it, I looked at him and asked if he was serious, he said a driver before did it and it took him awhile so get it in. I went back to my truck and thought about it for a minute and was like #### this is going to be fun. I got it in there in about 15 minutes, just another foot in front of the truck was a fence with a 20 foot drop into one of those concrete LA river things. i had to jump the curbs they had in front of the fence but I got it. I have a couple pics but have to resize to upload them here, hate this image size restriction, my phones pics are 3-4mb each.
