This company double brokers all their loads. When they send their rate confirmation it has a different company listed. They book their loads by posing as a trucking company, double broke to real trucking companys and tell them check in as that company. They were telling me to check in at the pick up location as a driver for Chevy Chase Express if i took the load. Did more research on Allstate and it seems that’s all they do.

I have been doing business with them for 1 month. they are alright.
-
They are owned by a fraud. Same people as Royalty Capital and many other companies.
-
in which way this will be risky? The only thing that I found suspicious is that they write a different carrier than us on the rate confirmation and their company name is not on the rate con, but I receive their pay on time.

Your dealing with double brokering fraudsters. You will not get paid if anything happens at all. Just think about it they are giving the actual broker who is giving them the load false information.
There is a group of Armenian people who live in CA and work together to perpetuate fraud of all sorts. -
This thread is about one of their companies “aha trucking”.
