Did the intersection you were at have a stop light, and was it red for oncoming traffic?
rocknroll nik Thanks this. -
I think they are wanting us all to say it was the other drivers fault for having on the turn signal, but it was their fault thinking the driver was going to turn,
Wait for the road to be clear, then pull outbulldozerbert and rocknroll nik Thank this. -
I don't care if the street was on the moon.
If you pull out in traffic, and get hit it will be your fault.
You may proceed once the road is clear.
In Ontario, if making a left turn, and someone passes you from behind, and you get hit, it is your fault. Because the lane you turned into was not clear.rocknroll nik Thanks this. -
no there light was green and he was one of the last cars

Actually I looked up the PENNSYLVANIA DRIVERS MANUAL yes it can be read on line on page #4 of chapter two which deals with signs and marking states this in regards to stop signs it states this. maybe mr. Patterson you should STOP making excuses, because if an accident HAD happened you would have been ticketed and if you tried to tell your story to the cop and argue your point you would have gotten another ticket for obstruction.
The STOP sign is the only octagon-shaped (8-sided) sign you see on the highway. At an
intersection with a STOP sign, you must stop completely, check for pedestrians and cross traffic
to clear the intersection before you go again. Slowing down without coming to a full stop is illegal.
When you see a crosswalk or a stop line, stop before the front of your vehicle reaches the first
painted line. If you cannot see traffic, yield to any pedestrians and then carefully pull forward past
the line until you can see clearly. Check for traffic and pedestrians and then go ahead when the
intersection is clear. -
You were at fault.
-
so you tried cutting him off
and now you want us to feel sorry for you
and take your side
NOT GONNA HAPPEN
bulldozerbert Thanks this. -
