I would do some serious checking, you may want to finish it or at least get it registered before the new laws goes into affect.

Only thing I know is any glider that’s built after 2020 has to have a 2010 or newer engine so not really any reason to keep building them. Paccar is no longer building gliders except for what’s already on order. Freighliner and westerstar still available last I checked.

A pal took his n13 prostar into the international dealer in Omaha today for ac and charging issues .
As soon as they pluged into it they knew the emissions had been deleted.
    Just sayin.

From what I understand , dealers will not even diagnose a truck without replacing all the emmissions on a deleted truck,it has put some guys in a major bind, when broke down on the road.
A guy I know had his a little over a year, and did a voluntary rpo thing when he lost his job. he reinstalled all the regen stuff and such, but it wasn't working properly. He got it back a couple of months later, when he found more work, and he owed as much as he did when he bought it new. lol

What do these last 2 posts ^^^^^^ have to do with the topic at hand??

Taking a emissions truck and deleting it is totally different then a glider. Nothing illegal about a glider kit..

According to Google human farts, and feces do not produce much emissions. And bottled human farts can not fuel engines.

I'm actually told this not to be true. My tractor is titled 2000, built in 99. I have a 93 block built to a BK series with Dedec4. At the time I was told that reman or rebuilt don't change the engine build date. It's a reman date. Can't say I have had any issues.

So you don’t have any actual knowledge? I have a 2013 Western Star powered glider. When the engine is rebuilt at Detroit (not a dealer, but Detroit themselves) they grind the number and restamp. The serial number will start out as 06RE for reman and the only date you’ll have is when it’s rebuilt as they won’t give you the original serial number.
