That is the problem, some cities too. It's not illegal, just need to know each and every state and local law. Most places as long as it's unloaded and locked away, you're fine. Some the ammo needs to be somewhere not near the gun.

Lol. I'm a sucker for hot chicken and fish. Just need to use common sense. Packing heat is generally not needed if you pay attention to your surroundings. I believe in carrying but I also believe in reducing your chances in having to use it. I can tell you, Churches chicken should be avoided. This story is comical somehow. Where is the common sense. Hot chicken and fish can be had everywhere in the south. The corner of Shelby and Lamar is a bad choice. Lol.

I doubt this story is true. Smells fishy. I don't see 3 "thugs" waiting for a trucker to walk out of a fast food joint so they can kidnap him. Make him get in a vehicle. Sounds like a half-baked excuse for how $1000s are now gone. Criminals don't want a fat trucker or his keys. JMHO

Someone with loads of money needs to take this to Supreme Court already. I think the "Full faith and Credit" clause might work.

I'd rather be a broke man than a dead man. Still would find ways to get the frake out of there.

No federal law against it, but every city and state has their own rules and some aren't too constitutional. They made it unpractical to carry if you are going through many states.

My reasoning is probably because I can just give him my wallet I only carry 50 cash and my bank "holds" transactions for 24 hours which will allow me to report it stolen.
