Thats how I'm looking at it but the lack of definitive answers makes me a bit uneasy. Considering I was hired by the "Ceo" and was hired before the manager that is now over me who also won't really answer questions is odd.
Am i being too easy going?

If they have a dedicated run or runs already then that means they’ve accumulated points in the Ground system to be able to bid on them or bought out a contractor someplace else to get the points to bid on dedicated runs. You will be w-2 with benefits and if the base pay is something you’re happy with then I say give it a go but keep on them about the rest of your pay, especially if you’re building and breaking sets a couple times per shift. Could be they’re speaking to other contractors to figure out what the average pay is for that kind of stuff, doesn’t necessarily mean they’re trying to screw you out of it.

They've been doing the same thing with fedex in Canada for 35ish years which is why it bugs me they are so scattered. I would be breaking and hooking doubles pretty often which is why I want the answers to accessory pay. Would bump the pay quite a bit -
