Internationals and others had the little window in the bottom of the passenger door,it helped. Hard to see,but if you look at this picture of my 77,I had mounted a mini west coast mirror on that window, had a stick on convex mirror on it also.
Am I being unreasonable?

I've seen more and more elite soupa twuckas with big hoods involved in crashes lately, could this be the fault of the 4wheeler intentionally cruising in their blind spot, maybe. Could it be just the down fall of the professionalism in our industry? Possibly.
Anyways, I never understood the reason why anyone would want to make their job harder/ more difficult just for appearance. Sure, maybe everything was fine and dandy back in 1928 when you pulled 52 tons over Donner in a model T, but I'm sure you didn't have a soccer mom in a minivan cruising beside you texting, while, holding a $8 cup of Starbucks in the other hand.Blackshack46 Thanks this. -

I'm amazed by some drivers I see now, with the above mentioned situation, and the fact they sit on the floor with no air in their seat.
Almost reminds me of the old blue haired Florida lady driving down the road in an old 74 Cadillac Brougham where you could only see the hair and knuckles on the steering wheel -

Apparently there are a lot of truckers driving without holding the steering wheel. This forum makes me feel like a pansy.
