Am I being used

All of the money is going to my cousin directly. We areworking under his authorizes which he already had established. I have set up a corporation,and we just need to set up insurance to active under the new name. I didn'twait on our insurance to get accepted because; we didn't want to have any downtime, because we already have bills to pay. So we just continue under his name.All of the equipment though is under my name. He is paying all the bills on thetruck (trailer, insurance, any cost), but I don't see anything. Some way inerror I did receive a statement from the broker to my house by mistake. In aseven day period, he made 5k, but took it all out in advances, plus fees. Hestated he needed the advances for fuel and repairs. I don't know how the bookkeeping is being handled, because everything goes to him directly. I can almostbe certain that he probably doesn't even have an account. He claims that he isokay with me taking over the book keeping, but I don't have a clue how tobegin. I need to become more knowledgeable about the process, cost, payments, etc. before I try to take over. I really don'twant to put any more of my personal money up because I felt like I invested somuch for nothing. But if that is what is needed to get things organized andunder control I will. What is my best approach at this point? Is it a book orclass that I can take? I don't want to sell, because this is something I aminterested in growing if it can become profitable. I never wanted him to haveall control, but it's so hard when you don't have a clue as to what is goingon. I know I seem dumb for doing this, but it's too late for that now. I haveto make it right.
