    The test is either valid and reportable, or it is not. If it wasn't valid, it's like it never happened. It wouldn't be the first carrier, MRO, etc., to be wrong.

    Misunderstand. Any drug screen a employer wants to admin, as long as its covered in policy, is valid. But may not be reportable fmca

    President, secretary, dispatcher, accountant, janitor, lawyer, doctor (most), police (most), judge, landscaper, ticket agent, salesman (so long as they're not a CMV driver-salesman), rancher, plumber, electrician... so long as all of the foregoing do not work in a facility that requires pre-employment/random testing as a function of granting access. Shall I go on?

    True enough, but I am going to guess this carrier isn't that well organized and/or doesn't have such a comprehensive policy in place and this is just a pure mistake.
