The test is either valid and reportable, or it is not. If it wasn't valid, it's like it never happened. It wouldn't be the first carrier, MRO, etc., to be wrong.

President, secretary, dispatcher, accountant, janitor, lawyer, doctor (most), police (most), judge, landscaper, ticket agent, salesman (so long as they're not a CMV driver-salesman), rancher, plumber, electrician... so long as all of the foregoing do not work in a facility that requires pre-employment/random testing as a function of granting access.
