I've had to take a random before at a factory I worked at because someone told the boss she thought I was taking drugs because of my demeanor that day which was a toothach.I took it I passed not a big deal.So my point is companies can and will give randoms whether you drive truck or not.

 

No it's not the same difference. Exactly what captain zoom said. Companies aren't required to hold your hand. It's YOUR responsibility to know you're required to have a medical card. You said they'd require you to present it upon hiring. That's not the same difference
