Outlaw companies exist. But its up to you to find them. It wont be fun though. Search trucking schools in your area and look for one that advertises they guaruntee you a job after graduation. Walk in and ask for the person who finds graduates jobs. Ask them very nicely if they can do you a favor and give you the contact information to their "last resort companies" and explain your situation. Schools that guaruntee employment all have these companies for students with bad records so they can fulfill their promises.

I'm not Interested In going back OTR. Do u guys feel they were justified for testing me although I was not hired as a driver?

Yes. You are a drug addict. Very undesirable type of worker. Enjoy the consequences of your actions.
crb, Lonesome, lagbrosdetmi and 3 others Thank this. -
Yes. If they were non-union, they can do anything they want, within reason, and get away with it. Who's to say they might ask you one day to move a truck around or drive one to the body shop or something? Kinda sucks but not sure why you went and took the test to begin with if you knew you'd fail.lagbrosdetmi Thanks this. -

HaHa. Probably not the most constructive post, but after reading some of the op's responses, I'm gonna give you a 'thanks'
You go to them after being told to take the drug test, but before actually taking it, and tell them you are gonna fail the test and ask if quitting instead of taking it would be an option. Most decent companies will let you do so. They can't drug test you if you don't work there. I don't work where you work, but some places all the drivers are out you know driving and nobody is around to move a truck, idk. You do have a CDL.Last edited: Feb 19, 2016
