I was just getting ready to mention you and Not4Hire were quicker on the draw!

 

Have you given any thought to where you are going to go from here, or do you plan on fighting to clean your record? (Curious)

 

Well if he was a driver, and I mean that was his job, if they make the request BEFORE he quit, it is a legal refusal and it would go right on his record. The key words are his job.

You are qualified, you hold a CDL. That is all kinds of BS about experience that many keep saying like the entire "trainer' crap, they don't train anyone once you have a CDL, they mentor you into being a better driver and how the company works.

BUT that said, no you should not be stuck in the driver pool unless they recognize you as a driver and that is part of your job, which it isn't according to you. You never (I assume) drove a truck for them so it is off the table for them to pull the crap.

 

I strongly recommend a very good lawyer who is experienced in these matters (CDL matters) not just a general practitioner.
