But was the plan for you to be a driver? If so, you belong in the pool, just becuse the company does not plan to put you on the road yet, ypu would be a driver. Just not one who is company aproved to drive alone yet.

 

Michael you had to have known weed is illegal in all areas of employment.face it,you have no-one to blame but yourself.Like I've said a thousand times thruout this forum,pott may not be a bad drug but in the workforce it's bad and if you wanna work and value your job lay off the weed completely because you will get randoms all the time.it's not worth it to chance it and smoke weed period.so if you wanna keep having fun more power to you but you can bet you won't be working very long.

 

Did you take a DOT physical and get your medical card thru the company? If so, at many places, (mine included) that automatically puts you in their random testing pool.

We've had a couple guys that wanted to be drivers, but couldn't cut it, burned that way.

 

Taking you at your word, go the lawyer route.

 

It wasn't unjustifiable. If it was, they wouldn't have tested you. Find out why they tested you. Like I said, we had a couple guys burned because they had their physical done by the company. That automatically makes them eligible for randoms. It's probably something like that that entered you in the pool.

yes depending on your states labor laws this is true....my state they can only verify your job title, wage, and times of employment.
