Sorry dear, way to many holes in that story to believe. I thought you were a criminal psychology major?
About burying cars in snow. It is one thing to do it on the street. If you are contracted to plow on the street, in most manicipalities a plow contractor has immunity from burying cars parked on the street or driveway near the street. On private land, like the a shipping dock, you are liable for everything. Everything, meaning recovery and damages to a car that might occur during or after plowing. As such I don't know any plow contractor that would intentionally bury a car when plowing private property. Liability insurance is high enough in the snow clearing industry. Heck that car might belong to the business owner, manager, or business itself and you will surly loose the contract by burying it.
If the car was on the street when he clipped it he should have known buried cars are common on the street and should have not gotten that trailer anywhere near a frozen snow pile. In that case the police would be involved and felony hit and run filed.
Way to many red flags in that story for an employer.

Sorry hunny. I'm a male.G.Anthony and Toomanybikes Thank this.
-
Yep Your doomed! time to drive for England!G.Anthony Thanks this.
-
You are not doomed. I rolled a truck 100% at fault after 4 months with England. 7 months after that I landed a driving job in the oil field. Did that for about 6 months and the oil field dried up. Now I'm driving flatbed for a 25 truck family business. The key with the two jobs I've had post accident is they don't pull a dac. Mvr only and like you lucky mine is not on my mvr. Get on Craigslist and get what you can not what you want. Get some safe driving time 1 to 3 years and more doors will open.
Oh and for heavens sakes don't run over snow piles. They turn into ice piles faster then you think not to mention there might be a car, curb, concrete or steel pole under there. -
Being honest is key. You will have to look a while. But honesty is still the best policy. Everything comes back. I was just questioned yesterday about 2 situations that happened on private property that were not my fault from a previous employer over a year ago. Someone hit and ran but i made a report to cover my ### and 1 that a car backed into my tires trying to squeeze in a parking spot. The main thing you said was you forgot G.O.A.L. If you hit something just take the 2 mins. To check it out. Alot of drivers are always go go go. But now ur parked with out a gig. Put in applications and dont be picky. 3 months of driving aint isht to an employer. You can find another job but look into some smaller companies for now they are a little bit more easy on drivers since they are more person on person ran.
