yup..they just emailed me they're pushing it off on the customer. Sent in pictures of the fill lines and the release. Crisis averted

Ultimately it will be paid for by insurance, your company or the consignee. As long as you did everything you were supposed you should be OK. But don't count on ever getting sent back there again.
