    That's what I was going to ask you, They signed off on your paperwork, its on them.
    I wont off load any product til my delivery receipt in signed that I'm in the right tank and theres plenty of room to unload. Stand your ground you did nothing wrong

    Always get the signature. Always. I climb out of that truck pen in hand... The usual customers already know. I ain't touching a thing until someone signs the release form. I think you're safe. Good luck!

    yup..they just emailed me they're pushing it off on the customer. Sent in pictures of the fill lines and the release. Crisis averted

    Ultimately it will be paid for by insurance, your company or the consignee. As long as you did everything you were supposed you should be OK. But don't count on ever getting sent back there again.
