Am I making a mistake leaving Werner?

whats the deal that other forum, truckertruth.com defending the big carriers like werner. EVERYWHERE else i do research, weather its other truck drivers i know on a personal level (i know quite a few), or on this forum guys ALL say the same thing. i went over there and i posted something, somehow i was the one that was wrong for wanting to leave blue screw

 

im already doing so. too many red flags. the trainer didnt show me anything really. i taught myself more then he taught me. he just ran more miles off my back. spent weeks upon weeks in a hotel rotting away. i had another trainer for 1 week on a dollar tree. he actually wasnt bad, but unloading that dollar account with two people was allot of work. i can see it being a nightmare as a solo driver. trainer only gave me 10-15 backings in 6 weeks he didnt want to be bothered teaching me only running more miles off my behind and making bookoo bucks doing it.

funny thing is he would constantly talk about how great werner was but then he would get pissed off at the qualcom on a daily basis. he went as far to tell me that i owed werner loyalty for my training (not much training just allot of adding miles to the truck on the backs of the students). i don't owe them anything, and i think i have a better company to go to already. i told him i would probably leave when i found something else and he got all bent out of shape. really im looking for a local job but i will settle for NE regional like i am, get away from the dollar account
