ha! ya right,i bet not. that would be on dmv report, any company would see it and any insurance provider wouldnt be willing to cover ya. even 15 mph over is careless driving? 30 mph over? gluck

as of right now, only your dac has that stuff, and there are plenty of ompanies that dont even care about dac...you have 0 pts, clean record. even of companies that DO check dac,it doesnt carry too much weight.

That is not correct, read 49 CFR 383.51 for details. Two speeding violations in excess of 15 MPH over posted limit within a three year period will result in a 60-day suspension of your CMV driving priviledges.

First off, even if you go to a company with no DAC reporting or researching they will still call your previous employers and find out your driving record with them. With that being said though, somebody out there will hire you. There are over 450,000 trucking companies in the US, you just have to do your research. You most definitely are not going to get your answer here. Lots of opinions, but no answers!:biggrin_25520:

Good that you posted this thread though so that other drivers can see just how much even the little mistakes can effect you in this career.
Check out these sites maybe you can find something on one of them:

For pete sake, pay attention this go around!
