    Diet and exercise should be a priority no matter what, job or no job your health is priority #1.

    I've seen some people where it's a bloody miracle that they can make it up the steps into the truck so they're passing the physical somehow...

    If you can pass the physical. You may need to take a sleep apnea test and will also check your sugar and blood pressure.
    Get a DOT physical and go from there.
