Remember to answer any questions asked that you have no trouble sleeping and you wake up feeling great and refreshed in the morning.
Stay away from using any verbiage containing the words tired or sleepy.

The only thing stopping you from achieving your goals is you. If eating healthy and getting active is important to you, you'll find the time to make it happen.

After I retired in Dec 2012, for close to two years I ate a small portion of meat. Sometimes a hamburger steak, sometimes it was ham, and other times it was a steak with scrambled eggs and a slice or two of tomato. With ice water. Then later would have a cup of coffee. I totally skipped lunch other than another cup of coffee. My dinner most of the time was a frozen dinner. Within those two years, I dropped my weight way down. I went from a size 52 pants to a size 38. I also stayed out a lot and walked all over the place. To this day I miss that walking. From time to time I allowed myself a treat like a cup of ice cream etc. I was not weak and I was under medical care too. Now I was retired and was not trying to live out of a truck. Still, it is what I did. I have gone back to a 40 pants size and have been in these 40s for a long time now.

The easiest way to lose weight when trucking?
    Dont drink sugary liquids
Park as far as you can from where the store is when taking your 10 or 34 down tiime
Stay hydrated with water. The usual hunger usually is the body saying it wants water, not food (between meals)
