Am i wrong for not delivering?

I always insist any rate con I send out is signed and returned. And all of ours go out already signed by the sender, electronically of course. I always thought it important that everyone signes it.

 

Tag Massive 3pl and Trans Star Transit if you havent already, they are the newly minted All States and TriStars. I have about 500 MC#s theyre using to tender freight. If a broker ever ask you to check in as a different MC# that should be a major red flag...

 

DON'T DEAL WITH SCHREIBER out of Shippensburg, PA!!!!! They put the wrong pallets on your trailer then after the delivery you get rejected Freight. They are making room for other freight. Then you have to deal with taking the freight back to SCHREIBER and waiting on them to send you a RA number to return the freight. They only want communicate via email. Come to find out that 5 more drivers are sitting here dealing with the same problem with them. loader gave out the information. WOW!!!!
