Amazon Relay Canada Account Registration Help

Hello there, I am trying to register as a new carrier for amazon relay Canada. I went onto the site, clicked on get started and filled out the form with all the information and submitted it last week on Friday. On Monday, they requested my corporation number and a copy of my safety fitness certificate. And, I haven't heard anything back from them ever since.

For those who have signed up recently, how long is delay or process of on-boarding overall?

I tried finding any contact information for them and this forum is my last hope for this.

Any help on this will be really appreciated.
