Unfortunately, we have seen other horror stories here about Amazon.

I did. What did I miss? One or more of the drivers under the same authority you use did something Amazon didn't like. Instead of Amazon telling everyone why, so they can modify their operations and do the same shady stuff, Amazon just says goodbye.

While more communication would be nice, as shady as the trucking industry is I can see their point of view.

No one did anything. It's only two drivers, me and my wife. As the other person said its possible caused by the scammers that stole our info doing something causing red flags. The point is they should communicate because not every body does anything wrong and Amazon clearly gets it wrong sometimes such as now. We have a 100% rating and consistently get calls from them for last minute loads. If you didn't know Amazon will lock you account just from someone repeatedly trying to login with the wrong info. Even if it's not you. They are quick on the trigger and don't ask any questions.

could be a multitude of things.

I’ve seen people get banned because their accountants fax number was on their mc150 as well as some other double brokers. So connection was made.

as the post above said could be the mc issue being stolen.

but I’ve also seen Amazon accounts getting banned because the guard shack rent a cop just didn’t like the drivers attitude.

Coming from personal experience Amazons business model is simply signing on already drowning carriers. At first, 4 years working with them it was easy to pull $1700 daily rate and have connections with brokers directly. All that changed and now you’re lucky to get a response back.

Amazon knows it’s a downturn so they are literally using less man power to man the helm because they know 1 suspended = 10 more to take its place.

Once the economy picks up you start seeing responses with in 24 hours because they want to keep carriers from going to better rates with other places.

I don't understand why anyone partners up their business with another business and the only communication is via email? Which is an absolutely ridiculous way to run a business for the carriers that are putting up with it. Apparently it works good enough on Amazon's end though. And the fact they can't even bother to respond to an email makes me think they actually don't think very much of the carriers who do work with them. It's the same BS with uber freight. All of these internet type companies are like that. If they can't be bothered to pick up a phone they're a waste of time. I don't know why anyone books loads onto their trucks from these type companies.

They are great for retired drivers where I live. They have 13hr max shifts and you run 1 to 3 days with a 4th day optional . Loads are 250mi radius drop & hook $28hr. Fed Ex frt has contract carriers doing the same. They use fleet partners that pay hourly. I hope more companies do this with their terminal-to-terminal loads.

Well, I only know people who work there PT. You would need to work at least a 3-shift schedule for benefits.
