Amazon Relay, is it worth it?

Can you make money being a single driver? What kind of rates are you getting for 500 miles a day? I personally have never looked into using Amazon but see a lot of people pulling trailers.

Nope, not insane and you may wish to actully read rather then fly off the handle based on emotions and lack of comprehension. It makes you look silly. The OP was asking if it would be a good idea to buy a BOX TRUCK, ya know the dinky little class B trucks? First THEN buy a semi truck LATER. Bad idea, much better to buy a tractor instead to start with, rather then deal with the insanity that is amazon with a dinky BOX TRUCK. Ya know the amazon we see constant horror stories and low rates from? Instead i gave him some commom household names like landstar as examples of better places to sign on with a TRACTOR or advice on say going with a local mom and pop to let his authority mature and stay in a semi local area if he prefers that. Or even to find a smaller carrier that will be less likely to treat him like a number.

 

Well she hasn’t seen the 0.88cpm rates Amazon offered to teams not to long ago. She’s only seen the good times, wait till she goes o/o with amazon and the rates Dive.

How can you be serious?If you have a load let's say from Dallas to Oklahoma city and the load is 350$ to and nothing coming back .You spent 100 for gas and 250 is profit. THATS 1250 A WEEK BASED ON A FIVE DAY WORK WEEK?5000 THOUSAND A MONTH ,LETS SAY TO BE SAFE INSURANCE IS A THOUSAND. 4000 A MONTH BESIDES MAINTAINING YOUR TRUCK.You guys are killing what with 4000 a month come on

 

Lots of people are really bad at math. Probably why the failure rate is so high for new entrants.

 

naa you can net 3k a week on Amazon without any simple issue. The only thing is you will work like a dog.

or if you are smart you will use Amazon as a filler only.
