Amazon Relay WARNING to all drivers, Account Suspended! NO REASON

Did you miss the part where I said the accountants fax number was associated with someone who was a double broker?

that means something in your paperwork ie phone number address name something somewhere could be associated with double brokering.

 

SCAC = Standard Carrier Alpha Code

Its a 4-letter code to identify a carrier, most commonly seen in intermodal operations, right on the trailer or container, but most carriers actually have one. Examples: SWFZ = Swift, HJNS = Helwig, JBHZ = JB Hunt, ours is MCFG.

 

I recently had this happen to me and my company. What is the end result?

 

They stopped replying to our emails after saying their decision was final. They’re not interested in showing us proof of this investigation.

 

After searching google it’s obvious they’ve done this to a lot of companies and sending these same generic emails with these false violations.

 

Yes, that just happened to me and my company January 18, 2023. I have emailed and emailed the ats email that they provided to file an appeal and NO ONE responds. My company is only in business for 2 years and we just started our relationship with Amazon in November. I pulled for them for 1 month before getting that email. I don't have a SCAC number. I didn't even know what it was, lol. I am sooooo upset that they won't even allow me to speak to someone. Very frustrated and confused!

 

Same! We started in Oct with them (Owner Operator) worked our butts off to learn their system and keep a 100% all for them to hit us with lies and suspend our acct. I don’t know if you saw my other post, but the first rep didn’t even want us to email them or give us a reason why they suspended our acct. after several emails maybe a week later someone sent that one about working with another company that was previously suspended (lies) then said their decision stands. To say they are a major company they’re operating like scammers.

 

Wow! This was the exact same date they suspended ours!

 

this was the 1st rep reply to my driver asking for help because he could not see his load board and it was saying suspended and canceled the load we had booked….very unprofessional.
