Good idea you have but I don't know of a phone number. I have seen what look like O/O mechanics working on trailers inside the facility only doing light work like replacing 7-way plugs etc. T/A does the major work and preventative maintenance. One T/A even bought a daycab to bring trailers to their shop for maintenance. I've seen tow trucks picking up hostlers one-at-a time to take to shops and think to myself you could use a Landoll and take 3. Amazon's too big to notice those little details.

 

Usually there's nothing left of them to fix.

Even if they give you a number.....nobody answers the phone...nobody.
