Amazon withholding my payments without reason

You do not change banks when you have open invoices with a customer. It screams fraud. Last thing they want to do is make a payment to someone else. When you do switch you give new bank information when a new customer at set up. You are there to serve your customer, so don’t give them problems. Your supposed to be the one with all the solutions!

First of all that does not apply to all situations and if you read the message completely you would have understood the situation before making the comment about what they don't want to do or shouldn't have to do. Changing banks is a normal life event. Second of all if they keep their portal working for the carrier to update the information themselves they won't be responsible for the update and the payments will be routed where the carrier needs the payments to be deposited.

big fish make the rules. Even Megas can’t dictate terms to Amazon. If you think JB Hunt or Schneider arnt the same you’re not reading.

even brokers contracts have some unflavored terms for carriers yet everyone agrees.

Which is one of the reasons why Schneider doesn't even bid on a lot of Amazon freight.

I started working with Amazon relay as a carrier and some of our information had to be updated from business phone numbers , emails and banking account information. Things changed from last year and when we started rendering services to Amazon it began being a very horrible experience from making mistakes on picking loads and trying to delete them immediately once I realized that it would be an overlap I was forced to choose the reject and it wasn't an actual rejected load it was just a load chosen by accident. It happened twice and once we started processing loads our performance percentage was low until my account manager removed them understanding that we were new and trying to adapt to the system. We submitted a request to have our email changed and our banking info changed the week of April 12, 2023 and to this date it has not been changed. The primary is still the same as well as the banking info which has caused us not receive our payments for services rendered. We have yet to receive not one payment for 3 weeks worth of payments. The payments has been sitting pending since the week of April and the last payment owed ended last week because once I realized that we were going to have issues with the updates we stopped rendering services to them. There was a person on you tube a month in having issues receiving their money because a wrong entered number on the bank acct. Before we stopped rendering services for them we had a load to pickup on a Sunday and the facility was closed without notice. They only offered $175 for that and refused to pay for my drivers retention. The next day while my driver was deadheading to the next pickup when happened to look at our account and found out that that load was canceled as well because it was not going to be ready. That load they decided to offer us $0. for that load. I appealed both loads and again the disputes were denied. I am now almost 30 days in and no payment received. I am doing my research to try to get a result from another resource outside of emailing the accounts payable dept that blatantly ignores our attempts to get our information updated so that we can get our payments processed. I am at the point of just going to court to get my payments released and if it's not resolved within the next week that is the route that I will be taking.

Hello how are u I was just reading your post about your payments an im have the same exact problem I've changed my banking information an it been three week with my funds pending I've sent numerous of emails an no one seems too care ....I see your post is old ..so how did u get this resolved

They were responding, but they would take 2 and 3 days to respond. If you know how their system works and how you can set yourself up for an entire week to run you would better understand how you can get trapped into running loads and that time lapse. Like I stated in a previous post I was already running for a couple of days before I submitted the request. Their portal states that it will take 5-7 business days to be updated so trusting the information that is posted on the portal we kept moving so we could make our money. Didn't make since to not keep rolling waiting on an update not knowing that that statement was a lie. I had already booked my driver up to 3 weeks and once you book a load if you reject it that affects your carrier score then you can't see the good loads if your score is bad. Once you book a load even if its by mistake and you don't run it they penalize you by blocking you out. We were learning all of this by the 5-7 business day time lapsed, they came up with other time frame excuses then other issues began to occur thats when we removed ourselves. That's the trap their information is a lie and you don't know until it's too late. If more people would share the their bad experiences, less people with new authority would possibly not try them. If you don't know, you don't know until you do.
