HELLO! Did you get this resolved? I am going through the same issue and going on 18 weeks without them doing a thing, I am somehow missing the "EDIT" button and can't update my bank account. I have many many weeks of work pending and I don't know what else to do !

Did you ever get this resolved? I am thinking of taking legal action at this point. I have gone through hell and back, its been 18 weeks and I have a lot of money in pending invoices. Not to bust anybodys balls, but look at your contract. If there is any kind of class action waiver, you can't just "join" someone else's lawsuit, assuming they ever actually file one. You probably definitely want to find an attorney to, not something you want to really try handling on your own.
In my experience threatening legal action doesn't do anything 99% of the time. You will have to actually take the action to get any kind of response you may be looking for.
EDIT: How exactly did you initially provide banking information to them for you to pay them? Was it in an email, in a form you had to fill out authorizing them to make deposits/deductions to the account? I would try doing it that way, and again, review the contract you signed. It could be you may need to provide new banking information in the same manner. Not advocating for them or giving them an excuse for not paying you.
That is silly though when you try to change your banking they don't update it. Is the previous account you were getting payments made to even still open?Last edited: Oct 12, 2023

I previously worked with them with a different company, so I know they pay. Unfortunately when I changed companies they were at their point where they're self-service portal was unavailable to edit the bank information through relay. They had stated manual changes would take 4 weeks, so that was one months of work because I had a couple of trucks, I figured they would change it right away because they have always paid on time in the past. After the 4 weeks, they had "ENABLED" their self-service portal but it seems that my account has never been enabled, it has now been 5 months and the response from their accounting team continues to be the same. They are assuming that I have the "option" to do it myself and I'm simply not doing it correctly. It's obviously pretty frustrating at this point and we have to resort to other means because this has caused extreme financial strain.
