How many hundreds of thousands (millions?) of dollars could Schneider save by only turning on the heat in the offices when the temperature is under 20 degrees, or only turning on the air conditioners when its about 90 degrees in the summer? Think how good THAT would be for the environment and for Schneiders bottom line! We need to get a corporate bean counter on this project immediately!!!!
Been in the Dallas OC lately? Either they too cheap to run the AC, or they are too cheap to fix it...
Now, that makes perfect sense to me. Why let the drivers be the only ones having fun. And while we're at it, how bout they buy meals at truck stop prices (same nutritional value as well), or only allow food to be stored in coolers (a weeks worth at a time) and abolish microwaves for heating hot foods....I hear those lunch box stoves are grrrrreatttt. Walk a mile in the shoes of the men and women who are earning the money for Schneider, and then, come back and tell us again about global warming.
These sensors are the main reason why I left the pumpkin patch this week. Good luck out there, drivers.
Yep.... sitting in Hebron, IN doing my 10... truck wont idle and at around 8pm CST it was 7 degrees.... suppose to get down to 3 tonight... messaged sem, no response..lol
Don't expect one driver. I'm glad I still have my old Century that idles all night if I want it to. I only idle when 20 or below and it doesn't count against me. Sent from waterproof phone using Tapatalk 2 Blue
Good management never asks its workers to do what they are not willing to do themselves. Nuff said???
