I'd get a motel in a NY minute. If SNI can not and will not ensure that a driver can stay compliant, scroom.
SNI will not put in a power invertor. Also no adjusting power outlet shut of time. Its a battery thing. Once tractor drops to certain volt it will disconnect the battery so u can at least start. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Xparent Cyan Tapatalk 2
Do have a update. SNI will give u a power invertor a car battery heavy duty canvas bag for cpap. You charge the car battery via a the accessory plug while your driving. Sent from my Nexus 4 using Xparent Cyan Tapatalk 2
They work well. It has a 300 sine wave inverter that has two plugs available. Space is the issue for my. I'm in a 2010 midroof. That instructions say to strap it in the pass seat. But thats where the cooler goes!! I have mine set behind the pass seat on the floor. Use the TV cabinet and plug for the inverter. I did buy a 12v extension cord , plus a 2way 12v plug. That way I can have a couple things going while driving and still have the juice needed for cpap.
You have a picture of this contraption? How big is the battery? Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Xparent Cyan Tapatalk 2
car/light truck size. Tool bag it comes in is about two feet long and the battery is about 6wx12lx8h? Inverter can stand on its end to one side of battery and the batt charger can fit on the other side. Not sure the charge the batt had on it before I charged it, but using the deep charge setting on the charger, it only took like 3 hours to get a full charge on it.Also has a maintain and a fast charge setting on it.
So this is their genius new plan to save money? Spend more on some half assed battery rig to run a CPAP? Why not just use working batteries on the trucks?
I certainly hope they aren't paying $500 for a Car Battery, Trickle Charger, and a 300W inverter. That's like at most $200. Maybe another $25-50 for cables and the box. IMO they should remove the sensors from all trucks and fire the idiot who thought they were a good idea.
