100% with you on that. Society needs to stop tolerating monsters like that.

A very good friend of mine growing up was abused by one of her relatives. Literally none of us in our circle of friends had any idea until she told us when we were all well into our 20s and she had to go testify about it in court. Nothing lower than pedos and abusers.

 

Let him rot in jail. Someone will take care of him in due time. It won’t take long.

 

That's just it. We have too many people in this world who would film it for Tiktok and not enough that would intervene and save someone. You're ####ed in court the moment you lay a finger on the lowlife anyways.

 

In my state it is legal to use deadly force to stop a deadly attack. And it doesn’t have to be an attack on you. That’s why I said it’s a legal shoot here. And it’s a good chance that’s exactly what would happen. We are even an open carry. There are lots of people carrying too

 

This thread reminds me of the Charles Bronson "Death Wish" series of movies.

Who knows but I'm not on here claiming I'm The Punisher. It all depends on the situation. Does he still have the weapon? Is he still a danger? It was a beer bottle he hit the child over the head with which broke and then he stabbed with it. Certainly sounds like a crazy person so who really knows.

To add, I can certainly understand being angry after having that happen to a loved one, but you hear people talk like that all the time but never see it. I think it's a pretty unhealthy coping mechanism.

 

Well I wouldn’t pull a gun on the guy that’s for sure, but I do believe I would intervene by getting the guy to the ground until police arrived. The exception would be if I was alone with young children. I wouldn’t want to put them in harms way, yet I don’t believe I could just stand there and watch.

For some reason the mugshots of punks that do this never strike me as that tough of a guy to mess with. They might be covered with tats or something, but physically they usually aren’t that intimidating. I guess drugs does that to you.
