    I brought a paperworks ld out of ft wayne this morning doing 65 all the way down, instead of driving through st louis to kc , I drove down us 36. 44, 612 was how much it weighed.

    Every load and every route has its own sweet spots for fuel. A heavy load from Kc to st louis may lose fuel. But if you know where the sweet spot is on flat terrain . Then you can get back what you lost. Or at least most of it.

    If your happy with xamount for a paycheck then invest in fuel on ur last load with the xtra Revenue. That heavy load doesnt look so bad when your sittn on 1/2 tank of fuel.

    Learn shipper Recievers sometimes a load doesnt pay good Revenue but it may deliver early or better yet set you up for high Rev load. Now you can recoop.

    I personnal dont chase miles i chase Revenue. So i keep track of every penny spent and earned. I have driven 1800 mi and made 900. And ive driven 3000.00 made 1100. Everybody is different.

    No loads in chicago . Nothing avail until saturday. 4Pm I dont understand why thst is (unless the preplanned them all out) but thats what DM says. Unbelievalble.

    Okay. .I understand now. .I know we have tried to figure it out in the past. . Your DM has the weekend on his mind instead of hounding the planners for weekend loads. All the other DM are taking care of their people while yours says. .eh good enough.

    I had a pre plan for the weekend an hour after getting loaded Friday morning. Get with Leland and explain your situation in a reasonable tone. . Tell him you want back on your other DM's board.

    I'll be honest. . Without having Mark as my DM..I would be a miserable soul.

    I don't know if you still use your ECM or Electronic Logging Device to get your average mpg but both of those can be very inaccurate. There is a free app for smart phone called Fuel Gauges. Also you can find it on the Let's Truck website. FREE FREE FREE. You will know your mpg exactly for the last fill up, 30,60 and 90 day averages. Enjoying your posts.
