I just went back and read the first post and something just dawned on me.... How did the cops know for sure the buggy was all the way over to the right? How do they know the horse didn't get spooked and go left for some dumb reason, and yes I had it happen before.

Pretty sad when truck drivers blame the truck for an accident that you don't know all the circumstances too.
None of us know what all happened. All we know is whats in that report. But I'm sure no news reporter would lie or bend the facts to sway an audience.....
