-

-
Dual stage addict.
I am only partially single stage. One mountain dew a day. -
Careful it might cause you to run down a buggy.
Les2 Thanks this. -
Well I offered you the chance to defend your beliefs. You chose to make up lies about my thoughts on God , religion and the like and cover your inability further by commenting on it in yet another thread with nothing to do with your fantasies.
Glad you can stay on topic.
Les never said nicotine was illegal. Neither is alcohol, or those friggin energy drinks people suck down like hurricanes at a stripper convention. Fact is it is a drug and the use of it will likley end up the cause of this accident in the official report because the junkie just had to fire up all those oh so good feeling chemicals instead of watching the road, and they'll drop the DUI for the prescription. Although if innitial reports are true about his prescription (I think it was a Corporal on WSMV 5?) Being one of those flake medications he should be. Those are advertised as chemically brain altering drugs, by that definition alone they would qualify. Still leaves him on the hook for at least one murder, and a few attempted murder.
You'll have to remind me what driver I threw under a bus. I remember one through a window, a gas pump, and a bag of brewers grain but a bus isn't ringing a bell.
I am not saying I didn't but I have no idea what instance you describing. -
I have read some pretty dumb post on this forum but that has to be the dumbest. Nicotine the cause of the wreck? So now cigarettes and red bull can get you a DUI? Better not eat fast food either i guess might get a DUI for being under the influence of fatty foods.

I don't care how they decide to charge him, just hope its a good sentence. Poor little girl.
Tazz Thanks this. -
Pay attention. I said they would drop the DUI because of the bad PR and precedent of labeling the flake drugs as dangerous to drive under. He was feeding his other addiction and bent over(again officer interview) to pick up or light a cigarette. So yes his addiction caused the accident. Same as if he was lighting a joint he would be accused of letting a drug cause the accident. Even if it was his first (what is it the old hippies called them?) of the day and was not able to inhale his first breathe of it.
But as I have posted repeatedly all of that is speculation and I look forward to seeing the report. I wonder if their family will bend their belief's enough to deep fry their nuts in a civil case. -
WoW you really are stretching it here Tazz...lol Lighting a cigarette is the same as lighting a joint now..... Please!

But instead of waiting for the final report you're taking the word of some Barney..... Really, I would just wait. I've seen many time the speculation of some cop be completely wrong.
The state will have to press charges as the Amish won't.
I don't remember who it was or even the accident that a lot of members crucified before knowing what actually happened.
