yea i have thought about that but heres the thing im doing alot homework on this im takeing my time and not jus jumping on the first wagon if ya know what i mean. the main reason is i dont wanna job hop and end up working for swifty jb warner .... ect

 

well as far as advise goes yea it should come from an older han but there is a diff between advice n what kh has done for me is gave me a name of a couple companies .... n been helpfull cus im new to this site..... so far he has not gave me any bad info but i double check every thing... as far the advise goes if someone was to take the word of someone with trucking exp or not and not no any homework off their own thats their ###

You know, it's been a long time since I was driving a truck. I don't assume I know everything, but when I hear someone who never drove before giving out advise I cringe.

Like in the Army when I hear a butter-bar lieutenant say, "In all my experience." That young you have no idea how much stuff you don't know yet.

KH, absorb all the info you can until you gain experience, but please treat this thread like the press is suppossed to treat the news. Report unbiased facts and leave opinion out of the equation so people can make up their own mind.

As far as your great, self proclaimed analytical abilities... The first post I quoted is straight out advice from which you have no experience other than regurgitating info you've read in a forum.

Like I said before, The lease info might be helpful to some. Even your "advice" might be helpful to some. I'm just saying that people should know that you are a self proclaimed expert. That your advice has no real backing except for what you've read, not what you've experienced.

If I was a new trucker looking for info and read your posts, I would think, wow! Then when I found out you were just a book worm, I'd be pissed..

Again, go ahead and spew your info, just don't make it sound like it comes from experience.
