an interesting scoop/find

So we recently started running our own authority and one just quit the company he was leased on and his dispatcher let it slip that he was not an employee of this company but they were an independent dispatching services. Which we have been researching but that's another story.

Anyhow this service is out of Macedonia you know in Europe, the lease company based in Chicago. I know I know not the point and no not ego lol. Anyhow as a company driver one place was using people from Macedonia also. So I'm wondering if all these Chicagoland based companies our using the same dispatching service from Macedonia lol. if I wanted to find these eastern European dispatching services where would I look lol
