Probably some college educated fool who’s never driven much less see the inside of a truck.

Yeah the way we spec our trailers here has always left something to be desired. They work, just not as well as they could.

Well, I didn't get my tarps washed off like I wanted. I did however get all the urgent home projects I needed to get done, including getting all the fence replaced that was damaged by the hurricane (and some secondary fence/gate damage that was a result of a tree that was damaged, but didn't fall until I left home last time). Dispatch says there isn't anything in the system just yet, but he messaged me making sure I was ready to roll out tomorrow.

The driver I swapped with has the same travel planner you do. He seemed to like him pretty well.

I do think we are starting to slow down some but talking to the man in charge in CA we have picked up some new contracts out west that will fill in some dead areas for us.

Overall, my new travel agent seems to have his poop in a group (as Travis use to say) - another words, has his #### together. I have no real complaints, he is doing way better than I would have thought given his limited experience on that side of the Peoplenet. I hope he stays.

Extra customers out of SoCal is a good thing, especially as the TMX warehouses begin to empty out and close down. Of course, every time I go to Cali lately I seem to get a call from Drewski...

Haven't heard much from the Rancho honcho lately...musta pissed him off somehow.

We will see if I get a call from drew. I try to stick to 58 in ca, sometimes I forget. Now coming across 40 in az and nm with a 75mph limit I let my truck auto Jake at 73. This new one is so quiet I hardly realized I was exceeding the company speed limit of 74 a “few” times. (Who picked 74 and why such a random number) My old truck had enough wind noise that you knew when you were getting with it.

I always roll to 75 (outside the slow states like Cali, WA and OR), when it hits 76, I slow it down, and I have never gotten a call about it. I think my truck is due for an overhead because the jake on this thing sucks. The last Volvo motor I drove along with Moore's Pinnacle both had strong jakes that would almost lock the back tires bobtail(if you forgot to turn them off), this one is just a noise maker, even at higher RPMs
