I heard back from Brakebush, unfortunately due to their small size and excellent driver treatment, they have ultra low turnover, so the 2 locations I am close to currently have no openings at this time. So, that means I have to decide which other direction I want to go.

I did get put on a load this morning. Deadhead over by Cincinnati and pick up an elevator load (on Friday) going to Daytona Beach for Monday. With the deadhead miles, I will end up with just over 2000 miles this week. But, if I include those deadhead miles, I will have run a grand total of 3300 miles for the month as of the 14th. Totally unacceptable for an OTR driver. As far as I'm concerned, SPD has just been downgraded to bottom feeder status. By that's just my opinion, for what that's worth.

I got this weeks pay statement for last weeks miles. I GROSSED just over $100/day. I would say more but all anyone would see is a bunch of ####'s.

Yep, wasn't impressed with their pay. I had even considered K&B, but don't trust them and their bait -n- switch "guaranteed pay" program

Have you looked at Sharp Transit in Haines City? If you do, ask about running regional.

They think of their drivers as balls of ####. This is from Ackerman mouth.

Just out of curiosity, are Tribe a bad reefer unit?
