the legislators could care less, they are making thier constituents happy that they are fighting the drunks out there.

if there were any concern for the over all general public, then the focus ought to be placed on those, that have been arrested, jailed, fined for being inebriated behind the wheel, not all citizens.

i say make it mandatory for them for life, or revoke thier licenses for life, it was thier choice to decide to drink and drive, they should pay the consequences.

 

Yes, the thing with people on the phone sucks to. Watched some idiot coming down the road the other day, just driving down the middle yellow line of the highway, yakking away. He was headed in the opposite direction as me. An he got upset cause I honked at his dumb ###.

, or temp. Doesn't stop the drunks tho. They just go out an buy a scooter. No license needed for one down here. They attempted to block this by requiring insurance, an such on the scooters now, doesn't seem to stop them though.

I've had to do recovery wrecks before. Not very fun when you have to end up on a scene where a drunk just killed someone or multiple someones with his car/truck. Sticks with you it does.
