Harris-Teeter D.C., Greensboro, NC., 2018, New Volvo Day Cabs, Automatics, 10 wheels.
4 ways turned on by Driver for "yard movement", LOUD clacking, since it's a Volvo.
Open Door without setting Parking Brake = LOUD BEEPS.
Seat Belt Not Locked In To Keep Driver From Something and Truck in Forward Gear Setting = ANNOYANCE Alert and Some Trucks Will Disengage ANY Movement.
On Any Highway (not to be confused With the 70's Motorcycle movie ON ANY SUNDAY), Cruise set at the blisteringly astounding window shattering top speed of 64 mph, "forward sensor" reads a vehicle too close at a 1/4 mile out as well vehicles at and beyond a 1/4 mile out when hitting their Brakes ON AN OFFRAMP, "Sensor in cruise control" decelerates Truck as a "safety feature".
Same operation when "cruise control" not set.
ALSO little Green "car light" on Dash when ANY vehicle within 1/2 mile in front of Truck as seemingly "Imminent Collision Avoidance Alert" yet No Sound.
Slow Moving & Stopped Traffic = No Warnings.

Older Teeter Trucks were Straight Drive with ZERO "ALERTS", but those somehow were not conducive to SAFETY.
Regardless the SAFE DRIVING CHARACTERISTICS OF MANY LONG TERM O.T.R & LOCAL DRIVERS to continue Safe Driving, Then As NOW, NEED NANNY ALARMS/ALERTS!!
Only Way To "Turn Off Alerts/Alarms" is Do Not Engage Engine.

Nowadays I "watch" the Carnage on a Laptop while "driving" the keyboard in a Seat at the Home Table.
    CHEERZ!!

Disconnect the speaker wires from the speakers and this will eliminate buzzing sound from the lane alert annoyance system.

Covenant, for anyone Interested, On A Team (Frank-n-Patti) Company Assigned Truck, L O U D-B E E P S from Designated ALERT Speaker just above Passenger seat.
    Cut Wire/s, FIRED.
Cover with Towels and Tape and not removed B4 Entering Yard Required Drive Through Safety Lane, Either Written Up or FIRED, Regardless.

    Lane Deviation, B E E P.
    Open Driver Door Without Park Brake Set, A L A R M or HORN, Just A Bit L O U D E R than above.
Too Close To Vehicle In Front, A L A R M, + Flashing Light On Dash Panel AND Truck Slows Down (which startled Frank almost into a wreck). Frank Runs Midnight To Noon.
And More for a 64-70 Top End 2017 or '18 Freightshaker Sleeper.

They recently acquired either a '20 or '21 Model with a few upgraded annoyances.
They Just Groan & Bear It!!

I had the same issue. 1 beep followed by 3. Parked or driving it was maddening. I looked behind the ignition and under dash than finally! It was the #### geo tab plug in for the eld the #### company put in when I leased on was malfunctioning. Unplugged and poof no issue. It's usually behind the large diagnostic plug. Give it a try.

Better be careful about what you put on here. Don't want to see you get ratted out by your teammates LOL.
