another 13 speed problem

    It looks like a leaf from a set of leaf springs or at least a few did. So the name stuck but its actually the rear transmission support. Sorry I forget that on the forum I am talking to folks that haven't known me forever and understand my different way of putting things.

    I got it now. Thank you. You have been very helpful. Will take a look at the bellhousing bolts and mount this weekend when I get home.

    no springs on the rear mount. just a solid bar, but it does have a downward bow. Could that be a problem? Haven't got around to checking the bellhousing bolts

    It should have some down ward bow and raise if you loosen the 2 bolts on top of trans that go thru the center. I guess that is where I get the term spring
